Welcome to Maison Tide Studio. By accessing or using our website, purchasing our services, or downloading our digital products, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

1. Overview
Maison Tide Studio (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides branding, graphic design, website design, semi-custom brand kits, digital templates, downloadable products, and related creative services. These Terms govern all use of our website (maisontidestudio.com) and all services and products purchased through it.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to access our website or make purchases. By using our site, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Intellectual Property
All content created by Maison Tide Studio — including branding assets, logos, design files, templates, digital downloads, images, and all website content — is owned by us unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or claim our work as your own.

For purchased products, you receive a license as described in Section 9.

4. Services
Our creative services include:

• Branding
• Semi-custom brand kits
• Web design
• Creative direction
• Digital content creation
• Consulting and strategy

All timelines, deliverables, and project details are outlined in client agreements or invoices. We reserve the right to decline projects that are not aligned with our studio or capacity.

5. Payments
All payments are due at the time of purchase unless a payment plan is offered.
We reserve the right to pause or stop work on any project if payments are late or incomplete.

No files, deliverables, or licenses will be released until all payments are made in full.

6. Refunds for Services
All branding, design, and custom or semi-custom services are non-refundable due to the time, labor, and customization involved.
If a dispute arises, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve it, but refunds are not guaranteed.

7. Digital Product Refunds
All digital products, templates, downloads, AI assets, and semi-custom brand kits are non-refundable once delivered.
Because these are instant-access digital goods, all sales are final.

8. Semi-Custom Brand Kits
Semi-custom brand kits are sold as limited edition creative products.
Maison Tide Studio sells a maximum of 4 units of each kit to maintain exclusivity.
By purchasing a semi-custom brand:

• you receive usage rights described in Section 9
• you may not resell, give away, or redistribute the kit in any form
• you may not use the kit to create branding for multiple businesses
• We reserve the right to revoke access if these terms are violated.

9. License & Usage Rights
When you purchase a digital product or semi-custom brand kit, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files for your own business.

You may:

• use the designs for your own brand
• make minor edits to fit your business
• use the files for your marketing, website, and printed materials

You may NOT:

• resell, redistribute, or share the files
• use the files for clients or commercial resale
• claim the original design as your own
• use them for anything illegal or misleading

All rights not expressly granted remain with Maison Tide Studio.

10. Website & Template Purchases
You are responsible for:

• having compatible software
• proper file storage
• installation and usage
• ensuring your platform (Showit, Canva, Shopify, etc.) supports your files

We are not responsible for technical issues outside our control.

11. Scheduling & Turnaround
Project timelines depend on active communication.
Delays in feedback or missing materials will delay your project.
We reserve the right to adjust timelines due to illness, emergencies, or unexpected circumstances — because life happens.

12. Cancellations
If you cancel a service:

• all payments made are non-refundable
• if a payment plan is active, the remaining balance is still due
• work completed to date will be delivered “as-is”

We may cancel a project for inappropriate behavior, nonpayment, scope issues, or misuse. In those cases, work will be paused and no refunds will be provided.

13. Disclaimers
We cannot guarantee any specific business outcomes from using our services or templates.
You understand that:

• results vary
• success depends on your implementation
• we are not liable for lost revenue, profits, or opportunities
• This website and all products are provided “as-is.”

14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Maison Tide Studio is not liable for:

• indirect or incidental damages
• lost profits
• data loss
• third-party platform issues
• any damages exceeding the amount you paid

If you disagree, please do not use this site.

15. External Links
Our website may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content, security, or privacy practices of those sites.

16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the site indicates agreement.
